Leslie transitioned swiftly into healthcare leadership, undertaking a range of pivotal roles such as Director of Ancillary Services, HRSA Grant Administrator, and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her tenure, Leslie has been dedicated to empowering leaders to evolve into compassionate and strategic thinkers, emphasizing the importance of achieving superior outcomes and delivering exceptional customer service.
